Mechanics & kinematics
We implement complex functions using intelligent yet simple mechanical components and structures. Surfaces & housings
An outstanding design concept only proves its quality when it is implemented in construction. That is why we not only provide many of our customers with the design, but also transfer it into native, complex exterior and design surfaces, right through to final, tool-ready data. This is done in close coordination between product design, construction, and the subsequent manufacturing partners. In doing so, we apply our expertise in a wide variety of materials and manufacturing techniques—from plastics and sheet metal constructions to fiber composite components.
Value engineering & component optimization
Value engineering focuses on the consistent optimization of concepts and existing products to reduce manufacturing costs. We leverage potential through alternative manufacturing processes, new materials, or targeted design modifications. As part of component optimization, we also solve acute problems arising from manufacturing or the market precisely and sustainably.
Testing and documentation
Timely validation and verification are crucial factors for success in any project. We support this process with tests conducted throughout the development phase and ensure complete documentation, including the creation of operating instructions.
In collaboration with our customers and external specialists, we also develop FMEA and DFM analyses and provide expert support throughout the entire approval process.

In the field of metalworking, our knowledge ranges from sheet metal and welded assemblies to complex cast or progressive molded parts. We also evaluate alternative manufacturing options such as rolling or hydroforming, as well as intelligent joining techniques such as toxing or clinching.
For plastics technology, we implement production-oriented designs, including precise tolerance analyses. With metal-safe and follow-up strategies, we support toolmaking and minimize project risks. The analysis of tool options such as master molds, soft tools, or 2K technology is just as much a part of our expertise as the sustainable selection of materials, including bioplastics and recyclates.
